Effective Leadership Behaviors – How to lead others, yourself and the organization
In this inspiring session, SAFe® Fellow Carl Starendal connects the Scaled Agile Framework’s lean-agile leadership principles with the Swedish Defense University’s evidence-based leadership model. He reveals how at the intersection of these two approaches lies a powerful set of leadership behaviors that can help you excel in leading yourself, others, and your organization.
Drawing on the common ground between agile and cutting edge leadership research, Carl highlights specific effective behaviors—such as leading by example, inspiring innovation, fostering trust, and developing others. He shows how to put these behaviors into practice at the personal, team, and organizational level. Instead of just theory, you’ll get real insights and practical guidance, leaving you inspired to elevate your leadership and drive meaningful change across your enterprise.
