Joel Masset has spent most of his career in the financial industry, working at software and data houses. He started his career as a software developer but quickly moved to the areas of customer support, quality, and global transformation. He had a first contact with Agile in 2008, then with SAFe® in 2013.

Over the years, he has continuously focused on increasing customer focus and organizational efficiency. He is now leading Quality, Service Management and Agile Transformation in the IT organization supporting the SIX Financial Information business.
