The Adaptive Journey - From Core SAFe® to AI-Native SAFe®

Every organization today is wrestling with similarly difficult problems: slow delivery, disconnected strategies, and the urgent need to innovate in a world where speed has become common.

Join in as we map the evolution of the Agile Release Train. We will move beyond the benefits of Core SAFe into the dynamic potential of the AI-Native enterprise. This session goes deep into how we evolve our ARTs, cross-functional teams, and leadership capabilities to ensure our organizations don't just move fast, but move with intention.

What you will take away:
• The AI-Native Shift: How to move your teams from production-focused execution to sense-making, ensuring every automated output serves a validated outcome.
• The AI Value Architect: Why this role is the connective tissue of the modern enterprise, bridging the gap between technical capability and business ROI.
• The Three Pillars of AI Success: How to master Intent, Specifications, and Context to stop AI from hallucinating and start AI from delivering.
• Navigating Human Friction: Why "healthy human friction" is the key to innovation, and how to keep human agency, ethics, and accountability at the center of your AI strategy.

Whether you are scaling your current operations or just beginning to integrate AI agents, this keynote will provide practical maps for you. Build resilience and learning into yourself and your organization that solves tomorrow's complex challenges.

The talk is held in English.
