Inbar Oren has more than 25 years of experience in the high-tech market and is passionate about empowering companies to achieve the best business results through Agility. Inbar leads the product management and development organization within Scaled Agile, Inc, focused on ways to enable enterprises at every stage of their business agility journey, to achieve success with SAFe.

Joining Scaled Agile, Inc in 2014, Inbar served as a SAFe Methodologist and Fellow where he contributed to all aspects of the Framework.

Prior to Scaled Agile, Inc, he spent fifteen years helping development organizations—in both software and integrated systems—improve results by adopting Lean-Agile best practices. As well as in multiple development positions in technology companies.

Inbar holds a MA in Buddhism and East Asian cultures from Tel Aviv University. He is an avid martial art practitioner, holding an Oku-Iri Sho in Shinto Muso Ryu and raising five kids with his wife, Ranit.
