Coming from the traditional product management with IT affinity and 3rd Party API Sourcing, Linda Heldner filled the role Product Owner in different companies and functioned as temporary Scrum Master from time to time. When V-ZUG introduced SAFe® in 2022, she moved from content to a processual perspective and became an RTE together with Rania.

With experience spanning various IT roles, Rania Steiner evolved from traditional project management methodologies to embrace Agile practices when SAFe® was introduced at V-ZUG in 2022. Since then together with Linda she fills the RTE role for 2 trains with 10 very diverse teams while facing all the challenges associated with the transition to lean agile.
